The hottest novelty of the season is the Mimosa cocktail. Orange juice is used in the cocktail, which gives the taste a pleasant – refreshingly sour – taste. The second component of the cocktail is fruit wine, which enriches the taste with notes of sparkling wine. Gentle bubbles are felt.
