Baltic Porter in the world is known as the only bottom-fermented porter. It is a dark mahogany colored beer with a thick head, a hint of roasted caramel sweetness, and a delicate bitter finish. Historical origin: In the 18th century, Imperial Stouts exported from Great Britain were popular in the lands around the Baltic Sea. Then local breweries created analogues of this beer, using local raw materials and adapting the brewing methods used in them. This is how Baltic Porter appeared.
